Yes! I love crying! Of course, the feelings leading up to a good bawl are not so hot but that moment when you let it all out (and exhaust yourself in the process) is SO relieving. And the nap after - if you can wing it - is some of the finest therapy known to woman, I reckon.
And it's not often that men understand that, do they? They're thinking "Oh crikey, here she goes. She's probably going to have to lie down after this one."
And you're right, men, that is often the case! If you're ever witness to a massive sob-a-thon you can 90% guarantee that it's only because the woman is extremely comfortable and trusting of you.
You're not required to do anything about it (probably) and don't make her feel like it's a hassle. We lady folk are pretty nifty when it comes to healing ourselves (and each other) and crying is one of the best fixers around! [In fact, I'm a little teary right now, ha-ha].

Another great way to emotionally recharge is to have a GOOD CRY. Often we don't know we need one or feel that we have failed if we do - but a good cry (followed by a good nap) does wonders for the recharging of batteries.
