Paola helps people attain individual personal goals; from keeping a healthy balanced lifestyle to obtaining the ideal job. Her caring, supporting role as a life coach has won many rave testimonials and referral clients – all who have learnt from Paola that action is the key to success.
With this in mind, Paola empowers her clients to question areas in their lives that do not serve them beneficially anymore, so they can move toward inner happiness in all aspects of life. She says, “Once you make change in one area, it creates a ripple effect on the others.”
Before moving into life coaching Paola explored the world, living in Switzerland and France, sailing across the Atlantic and mastering French in the process. After immersing herself in different cultures Paola moved back to Australia where she spent the next six years working in the fields of hospitality, tourism, IT and middle management for a global telecommunications company. The one constant was always pushing her limits in her work role, and developing teams to be the best in their field.
