If you are THAT worried about your nail polish, wear some kind of gloves in the shower or bath (yes, rubber or laytex duh) :o) 3) you do need good cuticle care. Some people really do need cuticles trimmed, but I advise having a profesional doing it. FYI I am a liscensed cosmetologist in the US...
