Hi, I am investigating taking up a lease in a high tourist destination in the Dandenongs and am particularly interested in incorporating a complimentary gourmet cafe/chocolate shop or the like with my homewares/gift store, really creating a cosy and special atmosphere. This would be your own business and all profits are your own- you will just operate within a shared space (paying a % of the lease and shared expenses). You would require only a small space (20-30sqm) and have a luxury element. Exceptional customer service focus is essential and of course further details would need to be agreed upon in order to provide the most complimentary operations.
This could be a great smaller-scale start-out opportunity for someone in what I hope will be a highly profitable location. I would love the opportunity to ‘work with’ someone else and build our businesses together.
